Sarini has accomplished a number of significant milestones in her 15 years of diversified global experience in the Logistics domain. She has been associated in vital capacities with some of the leading international brands of the Logistics Industry like Cargo Partner India Pvt Ltd, HTL Logistics, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics –India. Schenkers, BaxGlobal and Geodis Overseas.

She had demonstrated an unprecedented track record of high degree of conceptual and organizational acumen in formulation and implementation of marketing strategies coupled with meticulous customer support. Her key strength has been motivating and leading the sales team from the front.

As an incumbent CEO, she has an unambiguous vision to stem the growth of Aardour Worldwide Logistics by leveraging on the vast untapped potential of the Pharmaceutical /Healthcare Vertical Industry, cold chain, project cargoes and by developing the trade lane India/China and India/Europe.

She has optimistic ideation for the growth even in the gloomy global economic scenario. She envisages that it is prudent to capitalize on the core requirements of the customers within India in niche Vertical Industry markets, including specialized cargoes. She also envisions simultaneous catering to the rising demand of customers to shrink the supply chain requirements in a cost effective manner, thus making the offering competitive in the global markets.

Sandeep has a decade of rich and diverse experience in International Freight forwarding. He is widely recognized for his role in shaping the Logistic Industry in India and for his leadership and contributions to various forums in India and globally. His main expertise is in Air Export (DG and IATA certified) and Customs clearance.

The other areas of expertise includes consolidation of various business units as well as shared services into single cohesive unit and to leverage business opportunities by Integrating Freight procurement , third party vendor arrangements , Customs Clearance , Warehousing and Distribution. He has a Bachelor degree in Technology from BITS, Pilani. His strong focus is on technology, innovation, process reengineering and expansion of distribution and scale.

My Journey for People:

“ Inspired by people I decided to start this journey of Satish Memorial in the year 1995 with the vision to take care of the people who are dejected by the society and are left at their own. This seed has now grown into a huge tree taking care of Women, Child Labor and Handicapped people.

By Now Satish Memorial is been successful in providing Jobs to 220 Handicapped out of which 145 are deputed in government services.

In the field of Child labor Satish Memorial has been successful in giving education to 177 kids.

So far 500 women are been trained on small industries like Papper meshi, embroidery, jewellery making, soft toys making, bamboo -chairs, show pieces, lamps etc.

The Trust has made many remarkable interventions in the education sector and skill development for the inclusion vulnerable section of the society into the mainstream. The target beneficiaries of the Trust are dalits, women and the economically weaker section of the society. The interventions of the Trust have been much-admired by state government of Madhya Pradesh, Central Government, Public Media and various Civil Society Organizations.
